1. Agreement to terms
Using ExpoSnap means you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and stop using it.
2. License to use
2.1 Grant of license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use ExpoSnap for your trade show productivity, subject to these terms and Apple’s policies.
2.2 Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling.
- No removing copyright notices.
- No unlawful or harassing use.
- No sublicensing or reselling the app.
- No unauthorized access attempts.
3. Your responsibilities
3.1 Device security
Protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. You’re responsible for safeguarding the contacts stored inside ExpoSnap.
3.2 Data accuracy
OCR is fast but not perfect. Please review and correct contact details before relying on them.
3.3 Legal compliance
Follow all applicable laws, including GDPR, CCPA, anti-spam, and privacy regulations.
3.4 Consent for scanning
Make sure you’re allowed to capture and store the information on business cards you scan.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 Our rights
All app code, design, and branding belong to ExpoSnap.
4.2 Your content
You own every contact, note, and photo you create. We don’t claim ownership.
5. App features
5.1 OCR accuracy
We aim for high accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection.
5.2 Feature updates
Features may evolve. We will communicate major changes whenever possible.
5.3 Availability
Core features work offline, but we don’t guarantee the app will never experience downtime.
6. Subscriptions & payments
6.1 Subscription terms
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
- Billing is handled via your Apple ID.
- Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
6.2 Free trial
Trials roll into paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are managed by Apple per their policies.

8. Limitation of liability
We’re not liable for indirect damages, data loss, missed business opportunities, OCR mistakes, or issues caused by third-party integrations. Liability is capped at the amount you paid within the past 12 months.

Integrations with Apple Contacts or iCloud follow Apple’s terms. External services you use are governed by their own policies.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app anytime by deleting it. We may suspend access if you violate these terms.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of your primary business jurisdiction. Contact us first to resolve disputes; unresolved issues may proceed to arbitration.

3.4 扫描许可
扫描名片前请确保您有权收集和存储相关信息，尊重他人隐私。
4. 知识产权
4.1 我们的权利
应用的代码、设计与品牌归 ExpoSnap 所有。
4.2 您的内容
您在应用中创建的联系人、备注和照片始终归您所有，我们不会主张所有权。
5. 应用功能
5.1 OCR 准确度
我们力求准确，但仍可能存在识别错误，请您核对。
5.2 功能更新
功能可能发生调整，如有重大变更我们将尽量通知。
5.3 服务可用性
核心功能支持离线使用，但并不保证永不中断或无错误。
6. 订阅与付款
6.1 订阅条款
- 订阅默认自动续订，除非您取消。
- 费用由您的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
- 可在 iOS 设置 → [您的姓名] → 订阅 中管理。
6.2 免费试用
试用期结束前未取消将自动转为付费订阅。
6.3 退款
退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，我们无法直接退款。

我们不对间接损失、数据丢失、商机损失、OCR 错误或第三方服务引发的问题负责。总责任上限为您在过去 12 个月内支付的费用。
