TL;DR ExpoSnap keeps your contacts on your device. We don’t upload, share, or sell your personal information. Your data stays with you.

Welcome to ExpoSnap ("we", "our", "us"). Protecting your privacy is at the heart of everything we build. This policy explains the minimal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you create

When you use ExpoSnap you may store business card contacts, photos, audio notes, and written notes. All of it lives on your device using encrypted storage.

2.2 Technical diagnostics

To keep the app stable we may collect anonymized crash logs, iOS version, device model, and feature usage. It’s impossible to tie this back to you.

2.3 What we never collect

  • Your contact data, recordings, or photos
  • Your location or personal identity information
  • Any data you don’t explicitly export

3. How We Use Information

3.1 On-device processing

OCR and contact management happen entirely on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to our servers.

3.2 Improving the app

Anonymized diagnostics help us fix crashes, improve OCR accuracy, and ship better features.

4. Storage & Security

All data is protected by iOS secure storage, Face ID / Touch ID, and your device passcode. We don’t enable cloud backups unless you do so via iCloud.

Delete anytime: remove individual contacts or wipe everything from settings. Deleting the app removes all data from your device.

5. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or trade your data. Exporting contacts to your Apple Contacts is a local action controlled by you.

ExpoSnap uses Apple Vision & Speech frameworks directly on-device, plus optional anonymized analytics for crash reporting.

6. Your Rights

  • Access, edit, and delete contacts whenever you like.
  • Export data to Contacts or other systems.
  • Disable optional analytics in settings (if available).

7. Children’s Privacy

ExpoSnap is not designed for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. International Users

Because data stays on your device, it remains subject to local laws wherever you travel. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

9. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Major changes will be announced in-app or via email if provided.

随时删除：您可删除特定联系人或在设置中清空全部数据，卸载应用也会彻底移除本地数据。

5. 数据共享与第三方

我们不会出售或共享数据。将联系人导出至系统通讯录完全由您控制。

ExpoSnap 仅使用 Apple Vision / Speech 等本地框架以及可选的匿名崩溃分析服务。

6. 您的权利

  • 随时访问、编辑、删除联系人
  • 导出数据至通讯录或其他系统
  • 在设置中关闭可选分析功能（若提供）

7. 儿童隐私

ExpoSnap 不针对 13 岁以下用户，我们不会主动收集未成年人的个人信息。
